I search for Fat burn strategy in GOOGLE and found out that the body does burn a higher percentage of calories from fat in the 'fat burning zone' or at lower intensities. But, at higher intensities, you burn a greater number of overall calories which is what you should be concerned about when trying to lose weight.
This isn't to say that low intensity exercise doesn't have it's place. In fact, endurance workouts should be a staple of a complete fitness program along with shorter, higher intensity workouts or even interval workouts which are a great way to burn calories and build endurance. To figure out your own intensity levels, start by calculating your target heart rate zone.

Sooo! I came to the gym all shining with great will to burn fat and loose some weight and started to exercise. Running like crazy, lifting weights and pressing. And guess what? Did not loose even single pound. I said - OK! Let me do some research on how to do this properly. Web has a lot of information on how to do it properly. And a lot of times there is conflict between it. Some say that one thing is good, the other says that this is completely wrong. Later I will tell you what did I do next.

How did I get to the gym

Hi. Ones I was staying on the kitchen near door and my wife was passing near me and she hit my big belly. She said: "That is enough. Go to the gym". So I am started my first workout but did it wrong way.
